- Pre-event attendee list of all Annual Convention attendees that opted-in to receive communications. (the list will be made available four weeks prior to Convention and includes contact, company name, title, mailing address, phone and email and only contact, company name and title for those that opted-out)
- Post-event attendee list of all Annual Convention attendees that opted-in to receive communications. (this list will be made available two weeks after Convention — to include contact, company name, title, mailing address, phone and email and only contact, company name and title for those that opted-out)
- One full convention registration ($850 value)
- One six foot table and two chairs
- An identification sign
- Perimeter security guard service during all show hours (24 hours)
EXHIBITOR PAVILION HOURS
The Exhibitor Pavilion will be open Wednesday, March 3, 9:00am – 4:00pm and Thursday, March 4, 9:00am – 2:00pm.
Exhibitors are required to be at their booths when the Exhibitor Pavilion is open.
BOOTH INFORMATION
The 10x10 Exhibitor Tent spaces are limited to (1) per company.
