The 2019 World Demolition Summit (WDS) will take place in Boston, USA, on October 23-24. It is returning to North America after a gap of three years and will be held in co-operation with the US National Demolition Association (NDA), whose president Scott Knightly welcomed the news.
The Treasury Department recently issued final regulations for the 20% pass through entity deduction under the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act of 2017. These final regulations concern the deduction for qualified business income under Section 199A of the Internal Revenue Code. They will affect individuals, partnerships, S corporations, trusts, and estates.
