Fighting blight in Baltimore remains a complex issue

BALTIMORE (WBFF) -- There's estimated to be more than 15,000 vacant or abandoned buildings in Baltimore, impacting almost every neighborhood.
At the center of the fight to tackle that blight is Baltimore's Department of Housing and Community Development, which works to rehab, demolish and stabilize vacant and abandoned buildings across the city.
