Small Business Loan Guidance

As we recently reported, Congress has passed a massive economic relief package, which includes $350 billion for small businesses, to address challenges in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic. The Department of the Treasury and the Small Business Administration have just issued guidance on how to take advantage of the loan programs, which include:

• Economic Injury Disaster Loans (EIDL)
• Paycheck Protection Program
