Washington, Sept. 27—Associated Builders and Contractors, a steering committee member of the Construction Industry Safety Coalition, released the following statement on CISC’s letter sent today to James Frederick, acting assistant secretary of the Occupational Safety and Health Administration, voicing concerns related to OSHA’s forthcoming COVID-19 vaccination and testing Emergency Temporary Standard, which will apply to employers with 100 or more employees as required by President Biden’s Path Out of the Pandemic COVID-19 Action Plan.
