EXHIBITING INFORMATION
All companies are welcome to exhibit at the National Demolition Association’s 37th Annual Convention. Members receive a substantial discount.

Full registration includes admittance to all convention events. * Note: One exhibitor registration fee is included in the cost of renting booth space. The deadline for pre-registration is March 4, 2010.

PAYMENT INFORMATION
The NDA accepts Checks, American Express, Visa or MasterCard. Payment must be in US Dollars, drawn on a US bank.
HOW DO I KNOW THAT MY REGISTRATION WAS RECEIVED?
When your registration is received and processed, the NDA office will mail you a letter of confirmation. If you do not receive your confirmation letter within 3 weeks of mailing, faxing or registering online, please contact the NDA office at 800-541-2412
REGISTRATION CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS
All changes to a registration or cancellations must be made in writing to the National Demolition Association. You may mail, fax or e-mail them to the office. The deadline for pre-registration changes is March 4, 2010. If you must cancel your reservation, please let us know before March 4, 2010. There is a $25 non-refundable processing fee. Cancellations after March 4, 2010 will be assessed a 20% service charge. If no notification is given to the NDA prior to the Convention, there will be no refunds.
HOW TO RENT EXHIBIT SPACE
Select your preferred booth(s) or Equipment Area space by consulting the floor plan of The Mirage Event Center.
Indicate your choices on the Exhibit Space Application, calculate the cost and fax or mail the completed form with your 50% deposit (before December 31, 2009) or full payment (after December 31, 2009). The Association accepts Check, Visa, MasterCard or American Express.
No machinery may be operated during the convention.
Ceiling height is 30ft.
The freight dock door is 25’ W by 16’ H.
All equipment is subject to size and entrance limitations.
Space will not be guaranteed until deposit/payment has been received.

HOTEL RESERVATION INFORMATION
The Association has reserved a block of rooms with The Mirage. As an extra incentive, The Mirage is offering an “early bird special”. There is a $30/person charge for the 3rd and 4th person in a room.
All guaranteed room reservations must be canceled 48 hours prior to arrival date in order to receive a full refund. Cancellations after that time will be charged for one night’s stay and all subsequent nights and accommodations will be released.
Each individual is responsible for his room and other incidental expenses to be paid in full upon departure from The Mirage. If you have any special needs or request, please let the hotel know. They will do their best to accommodate you. Hotel room reservation changes are subject to availability. For your protection, room reservations are not transferable.
GOLF TOURNAMENT INFORMATION
The 23rd Annual National Demolition Association Golf Tournament will be held on Saturday, March 20, 2010. It is being played at Silverstone Golf Club. There is an 8:00am shotgun start. Buses will depart from the North Entrance of The Mirage at 6:30am. Pairings will be posted near the NDA’s Registration Desk in The Mirage Event Center Rotunda on Friday afternoon, March 19, 2009.

DANIEL CHRISTMAN TO KEYNOTE NDA'S 37TH ANNUAL CONVENTION
Retired three-star Army Lt. General Daniel L. Christman, who served with the 101st Airborne in Southeast Asia, as an Assistant to the Chairman of the Joint Chief of Staff, as part of the Secretary of State’s Middle East Peace team and Superintendent of the U.S. Military Academy is the keynote speaker at next year’s National Demolition Association Convention Annual Convention at The Mirage in Las Vegas for March 20 to 23, 2010.
General Christman will discuss Leadership in Times of Crisis. His presentation will touch on the skills necessary to lead an organization in difficult situations whether they are economic slowdowns, stress with a company or corporate management problems. The General’s address is designed to present practical solutions to the complex management, financial and personnel concerns that every organization faces during times of stress be it economic or personal. The Convention Committee hopes that General Christman’s speech will provide the audience of demolition professionals with ideas about how to manage their companies better as the economy recovers.
